Die-hard fans rejoice as Tebow goes to the Jets

In all of my years as a Jaguars fan, I haven't ever been as happy ecstatic about the Jaguars not getting a player than I am right now.

In case you missed the joyous news, Adam Schefter tweeted that Tim Tebow has been traded to the New York Jets!

To say that most die-hard fans/people that know what a good quarterback looks like are thrilled would be an understatement. For my part, I really can't contain the feelings of happiness I'm feeling.

*breathe* *breathe* *breathe*

Now, I want to be clear about a point I've repeated over and over. I think Tim Tebow is an exceptionally great human being. If the world were full of people with the attitude of Tim Tebow, the world would be way, way better than it is today. That doesn't change the fact that the Jaguars need great players, not great people (to head this off, I'm not saying that the Jaguars employ bad people, so please, don't even go there).

I would like to sincerely wish Tim Tebow the best of luck in New York City.
