NOT HITTING THE PANIC BUTTON !

OMG, WTF JDR?  I'm not ready to hit the panic button and you shouldn't be either, but hitting the WTF button could, should and is being hit over & over with reckless abandon.  Are you kidding us Del Rio?  Is this the best you can game plan?  Are you freakin serious?  You don't deserve your job at all Jack.  I know that teams have bad games every now and then.  I know that QBs have games where they throw INTs? But your game planning and play calling is so damn predictable and boring.  Run, run, thrown lame slant route pass. Run, run, thrown short of the first down marker.  I was glad when Garrard was shown the door, but you are obviously the second part of that equation & your long overdue release is the key to my happiness.  I still like McCown and will root for him to succeed, but we all know that Blaine Gabbert is the future.  What is your major malfunction Jack?  Thomas is not a true # 1 receiver, your O-line is weak, you're afraid to use 2 TE or 5 WR sets, this is not a running league anymore (unless you actually have the lead & want to kill the clock) and your very,very vanilla offense is very,very offensive to watch.  Good coaches make the necessary adjustments when their team is struggling.  You need to stop, this mud puddle has been walked dry. 

Your inability to change will be the downfall of this team.  Maybe Mr.Weaver should show you the door too.  Time for something different, something new.  You just keep hitting your head against the same brick wall.  Are you really so stubborn (or stupid) that you can't see what that the Jets just gave every team in the NFL the blueprint on how to squash the Jags?  Do you not get it that teams will continue to load the box against MJD until you beat them with a solid passing game?  Are you really that simple minded?

You've had 8 years simple Jack, 8 years.  In what bizzaro universe does it take 8 years to rebuild a team?  Why can't you find a true # 1 dominate WR in 8 drafts?  Your O-line should have been rebuilt 4 times over by now.  The Jaguars should have solid, starting quality depth across the board by now.  The Jaguars should have been contending every year, not pretending.  You have run out of excuses for your actions Jack.  This epic failure against the Jets lands squarely on your shoulders.  If this team fails this season, it should land in the same place.   Your team.....your failure as a coach.  You have reached your eleventh hour.   Put up or shut up simple Jack.  I truly hope you prove me wrong, I really do.
